Raw Material Selection
Films, adhesives and cores are sourced from approved suppliers and inspected on arrival for thickness, clarity and consistency.
Coating, curing, slitting, printing, testing and packing. Every stage has a defined window, an owner and a record which is what makes the next batch match the last one.
A converter who buys jumbo rolls and slits them can promise a width and a length. They cannot promise a coat weight, because they did not apply it. When a customer needs more adhesive for a dusty recycled board, or less for a surface that must come clean, that request has to travel back up a supply chain and usually returns as a no.
Coating our own film means the adhesive system, the coat weight and the curing profile are parameters we set. It is also why our test data means something: we are measuring the output of a process we control, not auditing someone else's.
Films, adhesives and cores are sourced from approved suppliers and inspected on arrival for thickness, clarity and consistency.
Precision coating lines apply the adhesive at a controlled thickness across the full web width, with inline monitoring of the coat weight.
Coated film is dried and cured under controlled temperature, then wound into jumbo rolls at calibrated tension for a stable, even roll.
Jumbo rolls are slit to finished widths on automatic slitters that hold tight tolerance and produce clean, burr-free edges.
Samples from every batch are tested for peel adhesion, tensile strength, elongation and thickness before the batch is released.
Finished rolls are labelled, shrink wrapped and packed to protect them in transit, then dispatched with batch traceability.

Requirements outside this envelope are worth asking about anyway - some are a scheduling question rather than a capability one.
Volume, artwork and lead time are best worked out in one conversation rather than three emails.
Talk To ProductionThe reason a specification drifts is almost never a machine. It is an undocumented adjustment that nobody wrote down, repeated until it becomes normal. Fixed process windows, recorded settings and batch sign off exist to stop exactly that so the roll you approve this year is the roll you receive next year.
How We Got HereCustomers who visit tend to order with more confidence, because they have watched the coat weight being checked rather than read about it. The plant is in Morbi and visits are welcome with a little notice.
